The location is super good. The view from the terrace is extremely beautiful and unforgettable. The apartment has three bathrooms and a washing machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and everything you can think of. It is definitely the best choice for a family trip. The owner's reply was very prompt. We inquired at 9:00 p.m. whether there was laundry liquid and the owner helped us within 15 minutes.

Amazing stay in Ortesei close to the city center. The room had a balcony that overlooked at the river and the town. Everyone in the hotel was so nice and friendly and helped us with planning our day to make the most of our stay. Dinner was amazing, specially the Salmon Trout! :) If you like family hotels that are cozy and make you feel at home, this is your place to stay.

Everything! The facilities, the design and feels of this Hotel are beautiful. Staff is extremely professional and polite, definitely most polite staff we’ve ever come across in hotels. Eager to assist us with finding ski instructor, driving us with shuttle etc. Rooms are outstanding.

I am eager to write comments for this hotel. It is one of the best hotel we ever stayed. First it is located on the top of the valley, which allowed us to get very good view of Ordisei. The balcony of the house offers better view. The house is big enough for us. It is very clean and equipped with full equipments for cooking. The owner of the house, Willy is a very very nice person. He always offers us help, he even gave us one extra room for free so that we had enough beds. After we left, we forgot one clothes in the house, Willy called me, and we got it back. We really love this house. We had very very good time there. We will definitely be back there.

The staff were very kind and friendly. The room and facilities were great, location was perfect and the breakfast was amazing! The location was about 5 minutes from the main square and quite up, but only for 100 meters. So if you have mobility concerns it could be a struggle. If you go straight down the hill, through the square and continue straight ahead, you will get to the gondolas up to Seceda within 10 minutes. And if you walk down the hill, turn left and walk 5 minutes, you will be at the gondolas for Alp de susci.

Lovely, small hotel. Beautifully furnished with attention to detail. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and the "afternoon tea',' a real treat. The staff were very helpful in discussing walks to do and the history of the area. We loved our stay here

It was in a good location with a bus service going to town. The room was in a good size and bed was exceptionally comfortable. Good size of bathroom. Very good buffet breakfast, patisserie and prepping fresh every day and a good selection. The evening meal was very good and not over priced. And the bar and terrace was nice place to relax in the evening.
