The owner Is really a very nice and friendly person. The room IS very Big, new and well equiped. There are some restaurants near and although the hotel IS near the road, It is very quiet and paceful at night. The breakfast IS great.

We had an excellent stay. Staff was extremely helpful and genuinely friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hotel offers parking and a ski room just a 2 minute's walk from the nearest ski lift. They also very kindly provided a transfer service to Sauze town centre every evening (about 1.5 km away). Great value for money altogether.

We traveled with a dog and the staff were immediately welcoming to him, offering treats and poop bags! They were incredibly helpful with local tips and making us feel comfortable in the common areas.

This Alpine-style hotel is on the ski slopes of Sauze D'Oulx, only 150 metres from the town centre and next to the Clotes ski lift.

Monica and David were super welcoming and responsive. Everything in the apartment was new. The design and the optimal space design was felt. Its was felt that David invest extra for high design standard for this apartment. One of the best organized and well equipped apartment I stayed at. The view from the living room window was stunning! What I loved the most is that everything was new! Everything is well thought-through and they provide you with everything you need for the first few nights, even a fresh bottle of milk. And it was clean. I mean - laboratory-grade clean. That is what you aren’t usually getting in a 100year old building in a small town deep in Italy where streets are too narrow for your car. Hosts - Ash and Angie are native English speakers, so no problems with that. Staff is friendly and we even did ski together.

This apartment has perfect location, just steps from the chair lift, making it perfect for skiers and snowboarders. Surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants, everything you need is within walking distance. Apartment was fully equipped with all you need, not a big spaces but practical with a beautiful view. Nice ambiance. Marco is very helpful and text straight away on all questions. You can leave a car around the house for free. Highly recommended.
