We were actually accomodated in Locanda Zita roughly 500 m from Locanda San Giorgio. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable.

The location is above the village, some 10 or 15 minute walk up a small road, quiet and peaceful, nearer to the tiny village of Castello than Riolunato. If you have an app on your phone to help you find it then it is a great help. The accommodation is rather sweet, fully equipped should you wish to self cater. The homemade cakes, biscuits, yoghurt etc were superb and very welcome. The bed was very comfortable, The host was very welcoming. There is only the one room so there is no one else to disturb your peace.

Hotel Bellavista is in the centre of Abetone, and you can ski straight to the ski lifts from here. It offers free parking,a TV room with board games, and free Wi-Fi.

Excellent ski room, very close to the lift (200m). Good breakfast, top parking and genuine employee. Don't think there's anything better than this around. Our room was like new and the bathroom had a big and comfy shower.

The apartment was super clean and has everything you need. we only stayed for a weekend, but wish we could stay longer. The location was great, only short walk to the ski lift.
