This is ideal place to stay in Tbilisi! Great location: near the metro and located in pleasant part of the city. Room is very clean and comfortable, there are everything you need inside. Also you can have a rest at wonderful terrace (photo)!! View is incredible! Breakfast is full of fresh meal: cheese, butter, vegetables, oladushki, eggs, coffee. Personal is very kind☺️

The host is super awesome. Kind, friendly and helping. Offered the best homemade wine I ever tried. The house is spacious, the land plot is huge. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Cool city view. Restaurants do deliver food here. Close (15 min) to Mtskheta, a nice touristic place.
