Super friendly staff, attentive and thorough! We had an issue before arriving that the hotel employee solved in a professional manner. The location of the hotel is ideal, easy parking, and a lovely view of the castle from our room. The breakfast is really great, not the typical hotel buffet. One can order eggs and fruit salad to be made fresh. The atmosphere in the rooms and breakfast area was really inviting and stylish. We can't recommend this place enough!

Perfect location on the main square of this delightful town. Room and bath were first rate and spacious and clean. Restaurant was fabulous and had a variety dishes including some exotic ones. Staff were very kind and helpful, I would come back!

The stuff was amazingly friendly and helpful. At some point we forgot our stroller in the garage nearby and they were so kind, that they went and picked it up for us. The little surprise for the child was also really nice and pleasant.

A perfect place to stay if you travel by car. Everything is new and in perfect condition. Personal is friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast is also included. We had a perfect stay with our friends in this beautiful place.

The house was brand new and very comfortable. The price was amazing compared with other options in the same town. The main bath room had a hydromassage bath tub, which was a plus. Both bathrooms had really good showers.

The Pension Schlossidyll is located at the end of a residential street in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Wernigerode.

Lovely little apartment within walking distance of the Altstad and shops. Everything you need for a home away from home. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.
