A very picturesque place just near the chairlift to the mountain. Beautiful design, everything was in place. Even though we arrived earlier than expected - the host welcomed us and checked in.

What a delightful place!! If it weren't for a chance accident, I may never have found it!! Extremely comfortable, clean and well furnished, it has all the merits to be a top choice for Hohenschwangau!! What places it firmly there are the two ladies, Judith and Diyana!! We loved our stay at Das Konig Ludwig. The staff were very polite and helpful, the breakfast was delicious. They had a good variety of cheese, fruit, yogurt, breads, fresh squeezed juice, a spectacular variety of teas, and many healthy options. The hotel was very clean, the beds comfortable and the shower had very good water pressure. No wifi issues throughout the property. The spa and pool areas were well kept and the towels were plentiful. We cannot wait to go back.

The interior of the hotel is authentic and extremely clean. Things look brand new: white crispy curtains on the windows, white towels, while beddings, white dishes in the restaurant. The restaurant on the ground floor serves good food at reasonable pricing and very convenient because you don’t need to go anywhere after a long day. The location is very convenient too.
