we were very lucky to find a place to reserve just for one night in high season. Although room was for 8 person, we could use them with 4 person. Each member has own locker in the room to store ski goods. 2toilets and 1 shower. staff were very kind, showed us how and where to take bus.

Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010.

Good breakfast (complimentary)! Breakfast spread is appetizing ( lovey/tasty pastries, cold-cut, fruits & more). Super View from the room; esp at the balcony ( you are able to see matterhorn from the balcony). Big and spacious room for a family of 3! Very friendly breakfast crew. He to-pup the breakfast items as well as serve the family coffee/tea promptly. Lovely coffee and tea (served in a pot)!! Walking distance from Zermatt train stn (main train stn).

The hotel is located within the main tourist area. Its a very beautiful property. The rooms are spacious and clean. The wellness spa is beyond my expectation. Just wonderful. No words to explain. Its close to the train up the mountain. Its just gorgeous. Worth every penny.

We absolutely loved the rooms and all the wonderful facilities (the shuttle, pool, sauna), and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The food in both the grill restaurant and the breakfast spot was absolutely fantastic. I love every little detail of the hotels and will return if we visit Zermatt again.

Booking the right hotel has always been part of our travel itinerary. Schloss, Zermatt is definitely a must try. It is located just across the main train station, 3mins away from the gornegratt railway, 10mins away from sunnega blauherd station. The main road where everything is from shops, to restaurants, and grocery is just a couple of minutes away. The facilities are amazing with a heated pool, a spa, a big balcony, and a working fridge. Breakfast choices are more than enough and are real good. Plus all room booking include afternoon tea. The staff are lovely and courteous. This hotel is worth every penny.
