All was exceptional, Kempinsky Hotel will surely see us again soon. However the one problem we had, was the problem with the double bed in our room that was disappointing. It is 2 single beds moved together ( terrible) it was however resolved with additional bedding and was slightly more comfortable.It would be good if double beds can be supplied and not single beds just moved together. Furthermore your hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Thank you and your staff was brilliant.

The apartments are very well located - within walking distance of the Titlis Talstation. The train station and all the other amenities are within walking distance. we had a great view of the alps from our window. The apartment was neat and clean and was thoughtfully furnished and equipped. overall a great stay and we will surely come back again.

Amazing setup, the rooms were very nice, comfortable with good facilities. The kitchen area was fantastic- lot of thought has gone into it and it provides everything a group of family would need for a self sufficient stay. The ski locker was huge and had good equipment that ensured warm, dry gear every morning. The ski bus was 2 minutes from the front door and the location was great for pubs, shops, restaurants etc. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend without hesitation.
