We simply loved this hotel for its location and the management. The reception was warm and always helpful and very well run. The room was large with lovely views. We are keen hikers and the short walk from the cable car was no problem for us. Indeed we would love to stay at this hotel again.

One of my favourite places in a long time - feels like home from the moment you enter. Not luxury, just wooden, warm and welcoming. My room shared toilet and bathroom, but I never had to wait. The staff were wonderful and it was a bonus to be able to eat or drink the restaurant if and when one feels like it. I can't recommend it enough...

Excellent communication with Jamilah throughout. We needed to add another room which was organised straight away. Lovely serene and calm atmosphere, great sitting room and kitchen. The rooms were super and we would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional location, very close to the Mürren BLM station. Generous and varied breakfast served in a lounge with spectacular panoramic views of the Lauterbrunnen Valley and the three peaks: Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. The staff were very kind and empathetic in the face of an unexpected and very difficult health issue for us: from the receptionists to the waiters, everyone was very attentive and supportive. We hope to return to Mürren, and if rooms are available, we will stay at Hotel Alpina again. Thank you for everything.

Cosy and relaxed Eiger Guesthouse is located opposite the BLM train station in Mürren, with a splendid view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau Mountains.
