Location is literally next to the train station. Perfect for a stop over to visit chapel bridge, stroll the old town and the bus to mt pilatus cable car station is just across the street. Rooms were big and comfortable. There were fruits in the room and 2 big bottles of drinks. The staffs were amazing and kind from the time we checked in till the time we left. They, gave excellent advise and food suggestions. I lost my beanie and they were prompt to search for it as I was checking out and found it so my head and ears would not be cold as I left. Thank you for the wonderful memory!

Our recent stay at Boutique Hotel Stanserhorn was truly one for the books. From the moment we arrived quite late in the evening after a long journey, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who made sure we felt at home right away. Despite the hour, they were accommodating, attentive, and kind, which set the tone for the rest of our visit. A special commendation goes to the team at Anouk, who went above and beyond when we encountered an unexpected issue at a nearby petrol station. Their willingness to help, their calm guidance, and their genuine care made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle. It’s rare to experience such a level of personal attention, and it did not go unnoticed. The hotel itself is charming and thoughtfully designed, with a relaxing ambience that perfectly matches the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
