We accidentally stumbled upon this property as we had to change our travel plans. But we are glad things happened that way. It's a very nice cosy apartment equipped with all the modern amenities and with a backdrop of amazing mountain views . With just 15 min train ride, you are in zermatt. Highly recommend the property for a day or even a week's stay.

I can’t express how grateful I am to Marco at Hotel Klein Matterhorn. After making the difficult decision not to continue my hike, I found myself without accommodation, and even though the hotel was fully booked, Marco went above and beyond to help me. He made countless calls to find me a place to stay, all with genuine care and kindness. His calm, thoughtful support meant the world to me during a really vulnerable moment. Not only is Marco incredibly kind, he’s also an amazing entertainer! He brings so much warmth and life to the hotel. All the staff were truly wonderful, welcoming, helpful, and full of heart. The apartment was super nice, comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equiped. We appreciated also the host, who was very nice.The view to the village and the valley is also wonderful, especially in winter. The apartment is in a quiet location, but also close to train station, just a few minutes walk.

We absolutely loved the rooms and all the wonderful facilities (the shuttle, pool, sauna), and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The food in both the grill restaurant and the breakfast spot was absolutely fantastic. I love every little detail of the hotels and will return if we visit Zermatt again.
