The location was amazing! Beautiful little town of Randa, not too far away from the train station and the hike to the longest suspension bridge in the world! The host was kind enough to let us store our luggage the next day so that we could do the hike. Our room had the view of the snow-capped mountains and the size was perfect for 4 people. It was also very clean.

The host was extremely welcoming - even started breakfast early to accommodate us on our last day! It was very clean and even through it was next to the train station we didn’t notice them at all, but it made getting to main city of Zermatt very quick and easy. Room were very nice too.

The apartment was super nice, comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equiped. We appreciated also the host, who was very nice.The view to the village and the valley is also wonderful, especially in winter. The apartment is in a quiet location, but also close to train station, just a few minutes walk.

Close to everything! Clean and comfortable beddings. We can store the luggage if we are too early to check in and too late to check out. I super loved the breakfast they provide just opposite the hotel. The ladies there are giving me so much energy in the morning with their smiles and good vibes. Nice morning view of the Matterhorn in the outside terrace. Loved this hotel and good value for money. 5 stars!! Thank you and hope to come back!

The hotel is located within the main tourist area. Its a very beautiful property. The rooms are spacious and clean. The wellness spa is beyond my expectation. Just wonderful. No words to explain. Its close to the train up the mountain. Its just gorgeous. Worth every penny.

We absolutely loved the rooms and all the wonderful facilities (the shuttle, pool, sauna), and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The food in both the grill restaurant and the breakfast spot was absolutely fantastic. I love every little detail of the hotels and will return if we visit Zermatt again.
