The fixed menu dinner is excellent and the service all around the hotel is one of the best we experienced. The attention to details makes a big difference to other properties and the owners are present every step of the way to make our stay enjoyable. The well equipped play room filled the days when snow conditions did not allow us to hit the ski-runs. The shuttle throughout Grindelwald stopping in front of the hotel is very convenient as well as the free entries offered to the Grindelwald Sportcenter (ice skating, pool) to all benefiting of the visitor card are of great value.

Situated 2 km from Grindelwald Terminal, Bergwelt Grindelwald Residence offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor pool.

Its proximity to major attractions is excellent, with the Grindelwald First cable car station just a short walk away, making it perfect for both winter sports and summer hiking. - Facilities: The hotel beautifully blends modern design with a traditional Alpine chalet style. One of the highlights is the 800m² 'Fire and Ice Spa,' which includes multiple saunas and an outdoor whirlpool. This spa area was definitely a favorite during my stay. - Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker, daily restocked minibar, and yoga mats. For those looking for a touch of luxury, some rooms come with private saunas and fireplaces. - Dining: Dining at the on-site restaurant, BG's Grill, was a delight. The breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality food to choose from. - Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The view from the room is awesome, just right at the mountain view! The breakfast is amazing, it's buffet, they offer bread, fresh eggs, fruits and yogurt, all you can eat. There is a bus station just right at the hostel, but we love the trail from the hostel to Grindelwald station, we enjoy walking there.

Built in typical Alpine style, the Naturfreunde Hostel Grindelwald provides panoramic views of the Eiger and Wetterhorn mountains. It offers a large garden and free use of the internet terminal.

During the day there are far too many people, but when the gondol closed its magic. I just went for a hike and when you walk 500 m away from the hotel, its very peaceful. Best view ever and very nice staff
