The property is very well maintained and clean. Sonia is really nice and pleasant, ready with a smile. We initially wanted to extend another night but Sonia, upon knowing the chalet was too hot for my children, asked us to head towards the mountains as it’s cooler there. She could have just take our money and earned it but she’s truly considerate towards her customers and think in their interest.

The staff is very nice and always willing to help, including the restaurant. The view was amazing and the terrace pretty big; the room was cleaned daily

Ana & Pico and all the staff were marvellous. Everyone was so helpful. Room was perfect, shower and mattress were excellent. Breakfast was marvellous and evening dinner was excellent too. We came to see the Alps but we would come back tomorrow just to stay in Papill'on again.

This tiny hotel was great! The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The room was nice and comfortable, all made in beautiful wood. Great and large common terrace with a view of the forested mountainside.
