The design of this hotel is outstanding both exterior and interior. The room is well equipped (except not having working table) especially the shower with big rain and body spray. Corridor is well designed with glass panels all over to bring in sunlight and create more transparency & visibility. Art pieces are decorated here and there. It is also conveniently located in the middle of the town where most of the shops and good restaurants are. I sure will come back here next time.

Everything! Location is great. Staff lovely. Breakfast 6.30-10.30am!! Free sweet treats and cookies on reception. Comfy spacious rooms. Nice toiletries. Great parking facilities under the hotel which you can prebook. Hotel was decorated for Christmas which made it extra special. Truly fab hotel. Loved it.

Beds were comfy and sturdy, I stayed in a 6 bed with an ensuite, showers were right outside the door and about 3 spare if it was busy. Events were great, the bar was awesome and a really social place to hang out. Bus passes included, so was easy to get to and from town. Kitchen was big and heaps of fridges. Rooms were super warm didnt even need to use heating

The rooms were spacious with comfy beds. It had a private garden. Great location. 15 minute walk into Banff town or a free bus ride (ticket from reception.) Highly recommend.

This Banff hotel is located on the slopes of Tunnel Mountain, within a 20 minute walk of downtown. Each room offers a wood fireplace and private bathroom.
