The Apartment was located in a quiet residential block a three-minute walk from Serdika Metro Station. A security key fob was required to access lift usage (though a desperate person could still use the stairs to gain access - more a fire safety requirement). Two air-conditioning units; one in the living room and one in the bedroom ensured a well-regulated and comfortable temperature could be maintained throughout the accommodation. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The hostess was in easy reach online and there was never a need to use the phone. I would gladly stay here againI recommend this place without hesitation.

We stayed in the apartment four adults and we were very comfortable. The location is very convenient. Very close to the center and with the possibility of parking on the street for a small fee. The building is old and neglected but the apartment is renovated and decorated with taste. All the spaces are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. Plenty of hot water and the heating is very good. We will prefer it on our next trip.
