The apartment was as described, one/first floor of a house: two bedrooms, dining/living room with kitchen. One bathroom. The apartment was very clean, and large, comfortable for 4. Bathroom is large enough and comfortable, hot water service was good. The kitchen is very well-equipped with small kitchen appliances (kettle, toaster, grill etc.) and all other useful things are provided (tablets to the dishwasher, napkin, soap, towels, tea etc.). Complimentary gift received: a small bottle of wine, small chocolates after Xmas. Local tax should be paid in cash. It is situated close to the main road, easy to find, however the noise was not disturbing. 30 minutes from Kreischberg-Murau ski slopes by car. Ski boots can be stored in the garage. Detailed key instruction received in three languages (English, German, local), easy to get in. Good value for money.

The accommodation was absolutely fantastic – spotless cleanliness, spacious areas, and a friendly, responsive staff. We didn’t lack anything; in fact, we received exactly what we expected, or even a little more. It’s an excellent choice for families, not only because of the close proximity to the ski slopes but also due to the variety of available runs. Flexible, super friendly, welcoming staff - we arrived very late during the night but the check in was still possible. Because of this, we also slept in and missed the breakfast but they were so kind to prepare it again only for us. They also have a gluten free bread which was a real game changer for me !
