We drove past on arrival and missed the apartment, but the host was very quick to answer messages, so we were soon in the right location. We had brought food with us for this one and the apartment had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Our host was so friendly and showed us round and then left us alone, I think she lives in the apartment next door. We walked about fifteen minutes to a restaurant that just did snacks, clearly the rules about smoking inside didn't seem to apply at the location, but the landlords (as it was more a pub really) were lovely and the location was beautiful, as was the walk to get there and the sun setting over the mountains on the way back. The rooms were comfortable with a nice shower and facilities for washing clothes, a must when travelling for a month. The bed was nice and comfy and the are was so lovely and quiet.

With mountain views, THE MATTHEW - Copper Lodge is set in Wagrain and has a restaurant, a lift, bar, garden, outdoor fireplace and picnic area.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation. Well-equipped kitchen, with enough dishes for a stay of 11 people. Comfortable beds, lots of storage space, only the kitchen could have had more space to store ingredients. One complete bathroom in the hallway including a toilet, one separate toilet and one bathroom without a toilet as part of the largest bedroom with a balcony. Plenty of parking spaces. We did not use the services or equipment of the apartment building (sauna, grill, playground, ...), we only devoted ourselves to wonderful tourism in the surroundings (Flachauwinkl, Obertauern, Filzmooz). The hostess was nice and helpful.
