The staff was super kind and helpful, felt welcome from the very first moment. Great location - 300m from the ski lift - clean and cosy rooms with great view. Three choices for dinner menu and last but least the thermarium (sauna) is spectacular.

Set against the background of the Hohe Tauern Mountains, Hotel Bergkristall is located at 1,200 metres above sea level in the centre of Mallnitz.
