Very friendly and accommodating lady that gave us our keys. Good, flexible and very friendly contact before arrival. Apartment was wonderful. Enourmously clean, light and spacey. Enough room to put our stuff in. Apartment is only a couple of minutes from the bus stop but we only used the bus once. We walked to and from the village most of the time. It’s really only a 10 minute and beautifull walk to do. Can highly recommend Kolmblick!!

for the price it was better than perfect, very clean and tidy. this is a very axpensive area which makes it even better for it’s price. good kitchen with a dishwasher. the appartement has a balcony and 2 very big windows along with one smaller one which also adds to it’s value

Superb accommodation. Everything looked brand new and the hostess was very friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the secure garage location for parking my motorbike. This was the best place I stayed in on my 10 day tour.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The rooms were cozy, clean, and regularly maintained, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful, always there if you need something, attentive, yet not obtrusive. The place has definitely a vibe of a family run hotel. Bonus - the staff wears tirolian outfits :) The place is very quiet and laid back. You can really relax, rest and enjoy skiing. The sauna was a big plus for me. There are also spacious common areas, so if you are with a group of friends, you'll have a place to sit in the evening and watch tv/play games/drink smth.
