The reception staff was very welcoming, with a smile and a lot of patience, they explained carefully how everything works in the hotel from the garage to the breakfast and the SPA. The room was spacious, with all amenities you may need and extremely clean. The cleaning ladies, very lovely greet you with a smile and are all over cleaning all day, impressive. The SPA was wonderful, starting from the pool area to the sauna and steam bath, everything was perfect! I will for sure turn back again there.

It felt cozy and welcoming, but still elegant. Traveling alone can sometimes feel awkward, but here I felt completely at ease. The staff were genuinely kind — always helpful, never intrusive — and made me feel like more than just a guest. Every morning started with a peaceful breakfast overlooking the lake, and every evening ended with a sunset that looked like something from a painting.
