It is a very nice hotel. Location is excellent, right on the slopes so proper ski in and ski out. Food was also good. We also liked the welness area. The room was very quiet and dark at night. The beds were also comfortable.

This place felt like true luxury from beginning to end. We stayed for four days and it was the highlight of our trip in Austria! Fantastic family friendly hotel, very attentive and helpful hosts with good tips for what to do in the area. Great destination with children, as there are plenty of toys, playgrounds nearby, and we even got to help out with milking the cows.

Well appointed and comfortable apartment in an excellent location. Brilliant holiday! Convenient for slopes at Mutters, Axamer Lizum and beyond, supermarket, buses, sports shop and a great Thai restaurant next door. Highly recommended.

The place has a soul and lived life in it halls. Maria the host is kind and very nice person. Breakfast is super delicious. PS. Remember to bring some euros for turist taxes (2€) and there is small things to buy from the host.

I stayed in Sepp & Hannis apartment for one night after completing the Stubai High Trail. We just wanted to have one night to relax, use wellness and unwind. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and the staff was very personal. I was very impressed with the wellness facilities. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with many vegetarian options, fresh juice from a juicer and excellent coffee. I will be back!
