The house is located very close to Ossiach Lake and in a strategic position for visiting all of Carinthia, since it is close to Villach and within an hour's drive of most destinations. The house and kitchen were equipped with everything necessary for long stays (two hair dryers, washing machine, dryer, pots and pans, cooking utensils,...). The owner, Petra, was very kind and always willing to help. I am especially grateful to her for immediately recommending that we purchase the Kärnten Card, which provides free access to many attractions in the area. The garden is well maintained and contains various playground equipment for children, a tennis table, and a barbecue (unfortunately, with all the things we had to do, we didn't have time to use the latter, but we still enjoyed the garden and deck chairs to relax after our walks and visits during the day).

Clean and spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the mountain. Ana and Gabriela's advice helped us a lot to get to know the mountain quickly and beautifully. Transportation is close, thermal baths are close, everything is adapted to vacation and great socializing.

The host and apartment were both wonderful. It was very clean, modern and cozy. The kitchenette was equipped to cook in (all the pans, kitchenware,toster,coffemaker) and the host provided coffee, tea, milk, juice, beer. We also had a welcome gift - two granola bars, two apples and their homemade salad dressing. Bathroom is spacious and very clean. The location is perfect, we were going skiing in Gerlitzen and it was 15 min car ride from the Gerlitzen Cable Car. The host was helpful and provided the details about local restaurants, bakery and grocery stores and also other activities in the region.

We had a wonderful stay at this traditional location in Carinthia. The room was lovely, breakfast in the garden was delightful, and evenings on the terrace were truly relaxing. The food was excellent, and we especially enjoyed Lake Feld am See and the nearby private beach. It’s a perfect place to feel peaceful and safe. This holiday in this property was perfect, we are very happy with this place, the property have all the necessary for a very comfortable stay, the ambient is very cosy (beautiful decoration with al lot of winter local details) and worm, the view marvelous, very clean and comfortable, ski in and ski out is amazing, place for storage the skies with heating! There is a sauna, but we don’t have time to test, also the washing facilities, but for long stay all that we need is there! The staff very friendly! In one word 100% marvelous and 100% will return to the same place.
