The staff were very friendly especially I'm Malaysian and of course I'm speaking Malaysia, they love to speak Malaysia with me. Some other hotel around KLCC their staff refuse to speak Malaysia eventho they are Malaysian. The staff very lovely attend all request from me and my children. The staff is extremely courteous, going above and beyond in service, with a fantastic concierge who even arranged a magical trip to see fireflies. Cleanliness is not compromised here, luxury is present in every corner and the rooms offer absolutely amazing city views.
