A lovely apartment with good facilities, warm showers of a good pressure, comfortable beds, lovely fluffy towels in nice bathrooms (we were in the 2 bed apartment with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms). Breakfast was nice a few simple options but quite filling. The pool area was lovely and much enjoyed by our children at the beginning and end of the day. And just to praise the staff and owner who were fantastic, super helpful and friendly and willing to help organise taxis, tours give info on things in Hoi An and Da Nang. I give them a 10 which I don’t do often as I think it was a friendly local business, great value in a lovely location (opposite some lovely riverside restaurants) across the water from Hoi An Memories and about 15 mins stroll to the edge of the old town (20 mins to the chaos!).

The apartment is on a quiet street surrounded by great cafes and authentic eateries always full of locals. and the pool is such a bonus !

She even organized the transfer to our next destination - Hue. We loved starting the day with an amazing breakfast and exploring Hoi an. The city is beautiful. We enjoyed evenings in the pool, it was very relaxing. The rooms are perfect, clean, they have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The owners are warm, welcoming, and always happy to help, offering plenty of useful tips and information if you need them. The town center is about a 20-minute walk away, and after about 250 meters, you can stroll along the river, enjoying stunning views without encoutering cars or motorbikes. There are also several restaurants within a 5-minute walk; we especially enjoyed dining at Tuan.

The family running the business are the sweetest. They catch fish daily and cook amazing food. Such a good experience that I highly recommend to anyone that doesn't mind a rustic but clean and comfortable accommodation.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mymy and they also spoke English really well so it was easy to communicate. The breakfast was amazing - best food in the area. A very enjoyable stay. It's a little farther out of town and we biked in every day, which was enjoyable. We easily biked to the closest beach one day - very close and easy to get to.

The location was quiet and peaceful yet close to Old Town and restaurants. The property is very unique and a fabulous place to stay.
