What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the warm and thoughtful hospitality of Celina and Son. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. Son's cappuccinos were nothing short of perfection—a delightful surprise I looked forward to each morning. Celina’s dedication went far beyond expectations. When one of our bags was delayed by the airline, she and the entire team—including the night staff—stepped in to help us communicate with the airport staff, providing translation and support throughout the ordeal. Thanks to them, a stressful situation became much more manageable. Celina also took the time to recommend great vegetarian food spots and local shopping options, making our exploration of the area even more enjoyable. This kind of personalized, heartfelt service is rare. We’re deeply grateful and would return in a heartbeat!

The staff, especially Tom, went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. We had asked to reschedule our stay a few days earlier than we had booked due to travel plans that fell through, and the team were able to welcome us to their property despite the change. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment and given free breakfast coupons. The apartment was very clean, modern, and had amazing facilities with the full kitchen and washer/dryer. The location was also excellent, with restaurants, cafes, and the west lake being in walking distance. The rooms are excellent value - will choose to stay here again when we return to Hanoi.

The property is far from old quarters but we could easily commute around with grab taxis. Close to convince store & cabs were easily available all time. Well maintained interiors & a cozy bedrooms.
