The friendly staff assisted us with check-in. The accommodation quality was quite good, and the bedroom in particular was superb. The hot water worked well and all the appliances were excellent. We've stayed at several places in Jinja, but this was the best accommodation in terms of cleanliness and value for money. Our entire family was satisfied and we plan to use it again next time.

All the staff were very kind and helpful, whether it was a late dinner or same-day laundry. About a 20-minute walk or a short ride to get into town.
