One of the highlights of our trip was the private lagoon tour he gave us on his boat—truly unforgettable! The bungalow itself is clean, well-equipped, and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Just around the corner, there’s a well-stocked grocery store, which made everything super convenient. The beaches and main attractions are only a few minutes away by car. Although we didn’t have time to use it, there’s a kayak available free of charge, perfect for paddling out to the nearby sandbank. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to return. Highly recommended!

If you would rather not eat out, you can make use of the kitchen facilities. Gorgeous views of the surrounding area. We had our own bathroom. The place was very clean. Sarah, the host, was super helpful and gave so many good recommendations for things to do. No AC, but this was no issue. Never felt too hot or muggy. 10/10 would recommend.

The cabins are big and practical, with a front porch overlooking the beautiful garden and ocean. We can highly recommend the Alex Lagoon Tour which leaves from Fare Tokoau and whereby you swim with turtles, sting rays, sharks, snorkel between the corals, look for dolphins, etc. (book ahead in high season!). We would definitely come back here.
