We booked this as we wanted to have a place from where we could just walk to the W6 Balcony Walk and this is right next to it. Ali and his family who live next door made us feel so very welcome and at home! The house is BIG and for just us 2 it was a little excessive haha but we had our own bedroom so that was nice. The views are beautiful. The house is comfortable. Very nice outdoor seating area in the shade. We had dinner at Ali his house and it was very good. I would recommend!

I had an excellent stay at this apartment in Nizwa. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The location is great; we were 2min away from the Fort and Souq. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable—exactly what I needed. Everything went smoothly, and I have absolutely no complaints. Highly recommended!

The house is tastefully decorated and very clean. We ended the evening with a lovely fire in the outdoor fire pit. Skip the hotels in the area and stay here!
