Location is 15 min outside La Spezia but close to cinque terre, and La Pineta is a good restaurant in walking distance so we did not really need to go to la spezia besides getting the train to cinque terre. Besides that Sandra is very nice and very helpful

This is a great accommodation, very helpful owner and her son, always willing to help. Location is reachable by car, near La Spezia and the Cinque Terre NP. The apartment was fully equipped, neat and tidy. Everything is well organized and thought in this accommodation. Swimming pool for the use. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

The accommodation, simple and modest, is extremely tasteful and very comfortable. It feels like we are living in a small village. As for Francesca, I can't praise her enough, she couldn't be more friendly, available and helpful.

There is car parking right in front of the house making it super convenient for stay.only 25min drive to Monterossa Al mare. There a mini Grocery store cum beer stop just 20 meters away.

The kitchen had everything we needed, the living area was spacious and bright, and the bedrooms were cozy with very comfortable beds and pillows. Air conditioning in every room made the summer heat easy to handle. The bathroom was modern and spacious, and we appreciated the private parking, satellite WiFi, and smart TVs in every room. We were pleasantly surprised by thoughtful extras like regional olive oil, espresso coffee, and homemade honey—such a lovely touch! The outdoor area was even more impressive: a spotless pool, relaxing jacuzzi, sun loungers, chill-out zones with fire pits, a kids’ play area, barbecue facilities, and stunning views surrounded by nature. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy quality time with family. The location is also excellent—less than 15 minutes from La Spezia’s city center—offering both tranquility and easy access to local attractions. It was an unforgettable experience, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!
