Irini and Angie are so welcoming as the other people of the staff, they make you feel part of a family. Rooms are very clean, cleaned so well every day, you have a small kitchen to cook if you want and the view of the sunset is amazing from the pool. The pool is the cleanest, everything is so comfy. Breakfast is so big, with typical greek food but also continental, varies every day. The position is perfect: only 15 Minutes walking from the center of Oia, bus stop to Fira is very near.

Roulla Villa, situated just a short walk from Perissa Beach, offers an outdoor pool with hot tub facilities and weekly Greek theme nights.

This family-run property is designed in the traditional style of Santorini. Each of the rooms features en-suite bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff is very friendly, they gave me lots of recommendations and advice on how to get around. The location is perfect if you're looking for a chill place near the beach. The rooms and jacuzzi are great and the small touches such as toothbrushes, sewing kits, bottled water, etc. were much appreciated. Our host Denisa was very accommodating and helpful while we were in Santorini. It's easily accessible to other areas of the island and close to the airport and port. We would definitely stay here again.

A hot tub and a car rental service are available for guests. Rooms include a terrace. The owner and manager Stela went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Kind attentive and very caring. Will def visit the place again

Excellent service and lovely breakfast. Had great views of the caldera. Mr Antonis and his staff were very easy to contact for any issues and had great recommendations. Short walk to Fira where you could bus to many places on the island. Would definitely stay again!

The place is very clean, proper, modern, and feels completely new. Waking up to the sound of birds singing and watching the sunrise was a true pleasure, the mornings here are magical. It’s such a romantic place, ideal for couples or anyone looking to relax. The breakfast was delicious every day, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. On the other side of the property, there’s also a stunning view of the sunset, truly a moment to admire and remember.

Watchiing the sunset from the balcony., facing the volcanic island. Breakfast was excellent 👌 every thing was perfect. Very good hoist!! Always checking if we are ok..
