We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, without sea view (unfortunately). I recommend booking a room with a view because the apartment building is on the beach. We received a clean apartment with a huge balcony and fully equipped kitchen.

Very nice apartment in the city center, very good location, near to everything. The apartment was clean, prepared in time and there was everything we need for our short stay. The bed was comfortable and big enough. Wifi worked well and was fast. There was even a hair dryer and iron for clothes. The kitchen and bathroom (towels, shampoo, hand soap) were enough equiped. The check in and check out were pretty smooth and we had a good communication with our host, he sent great info to us in advance. I recommend this place.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking. The location was great too close to everything I needed, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It was a peaceful and quiet area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Valentino was a wonderful host friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. He made check-in smooth and even shared great local recommendations, which made the experience even better. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Paphos. Thank you, Valentino, for such a pleasant and memorable stay!

They also include a kitchen with a stove or a kitchenette with a mini oven. Breakfast items are provided so that guests can prepare it themselves. The place is amazing stuff was very helpful

The self catering apartments at King’s Holiday’s are spacious opening out to a balcony or patio. They include a kitchenette with mini fridge, a seating area and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub or shower. Great and super clean room with all needed kitchen equipments. Comfy bed, nice balcony and very peaceful location off from the main street. Lots of restaurants, beach and Pafos city center in walking distance, bus stop and bus station even nearer. Friendly owner who helped us with anything we needed! The accommodation has also bicycles for rent which was also handy. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and visit there again!

Each unit is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine and an LCD TV. The private bathroom comes with a bathtub. Room was clean, well equiped and comfortable. We loved spending time by the large outdoor pool. Lounge chairs were always free,water was very warm and perfect for swimming. No noise could be heard from other rooms. Pool and other facilities were amazing :) Cats walking around outdoor pool were charming and sweet.
