Tomas and staff were great hosts. They were very eager to make our stay comfortable and make sure our needs were met. We were especially impressed with Tomas' mission of being eco-friendly and developing education labs to help locals.

Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the balcony, which also has outdoor furniture. This "Guest House" is huge. A family of 4+ could easily move in here and live comfortably. The back decks are beautiful to just sit and watch the jungle. It is a little way down the road from the city, which means it is quiet and very laid back. I had both a breakfast and a dinner while at the guest house. Both were great portions with a lot of variety, tasty, and well worth the money. Unfortunately, my schedule and Wendy's schedule didn't align for her bird tour. There was lots of flora and fauna to explore. My personal sightings included Toucans and a Morpha butterfly. I'm willing to bet that there was a lot I missed that Wendy could have found and shared!

The country house consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a kettle, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. Towels and bed linen are provided in the country house. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Wendy was really helpful, lots of advice and organised a great white water rafting trip. Extra for breakfast was worth it!

We loved the outdoor kitchen and the comfy living room. Super recommend!!

It was perfect till every last detail. I loved the porch and the hammock and rocking chair. I sat outside every moment of the day for hours watching the nature. The softness of the douvet, the fully equipt kitchen even with food containers.
