The property was exactly as in the pictures. The entire property was so clean and so well maintained. The communication with management and property staff were top notch. They responded anytime day or night. The building was safe with security cameras and secure front gate door with coded entry. The Wifi was better than my Rogers at home in Ontario Canada. Fully functional kitchen made cooking some meals a breeze.

Also, tea and coffee provided by the host. Also, fresh picked fruit from the land was offered by the host. The facility has a lovely pool, great parking spots and super nice and clean rooms.

Situated in Tamarindo, 500 metres from Tamarindo Beach, House of Nomad - Adults only features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. This 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The hotel also provides free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. Everything! It was a sanctuary for me. Clean, well-maintained, nicely designed room and space (the room was also very spacious — I could even lay out a yoga mat and practice everyday with more than enough space to walk around it). There’s a self-contained kitchen if you wanna cook. Also the owners and staff are fab — very friendly and helpful :) Close to restaurants and shops. It’s a short 2-3min walk to the main street and a big supermarket right there… and you can walk to the beach in about 10mins or less. If you’re feeling lazy, there are about 4 restaurants at your doorstep. As a solo female traveler, I also felt really safe. Would totally recommend this place to anyone visiting Tamarindo!

Incredible value, you could easily pay twice this for the stay, don’t let the low price pit you off, you are getting a bargain! location very close to beach, lovely owners who went the extra mile. The owner, who works very hard to keep the property in good condition and customers happy, very kindly did a load of washing for us at no charge which was very much appreciated. Beautiful breakfast which was also plentiful and served to order. Beach supplies such as beach towels, bug spray, body boards and deck chairs also available to borrow which was very useful and kind.

The location couldn't be more perfect -- right across from Playa Carrillo -- and Kris and Guillermo are the MOST fabulous hosts. They have created a chic and comfortable oasis in one of the most beautiful parts of Costa Rica. They have thought of every details and go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is wonderful. Think of this as "glamping" with lots of extra bells and whistles and creature comforts. Can't recommend highly enough!
