Since we are avid walkers, we also felt that it wasn't too far from the subway. Safe neighborhood and the frontdesk staff were very friendly and professional.

Room was great, quite comfy, and great view, good breakfast, and very very kind staff. If you are traveling by car, parking in inside the building and confortable to park. When checking in it was a misunderstanding (regarding my residence), and I was charged taxes as if I lived in Colombia what is not not the case. The hotel made all efforts to correct the situation, and the extra amont of money was returned very fast. it is really a great option for Medellin, and no doubts I will stay in the hotel next time in Medellin,

Amazing Hotel at a very good location in the Poblado district. Our room was very spacious and clean with wonderfull views over the city. Very friendly and polite personnel. The breakfast was excellent. Also need to mention that Mr. John at the reception helped us all the time to get around as we are not spanish language speakers.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, a lift and luggage storage for guests. Liked the setup of each room, even tho we stayed 1 night, it was very well prepared for a long stay. There are some grills in the room that leak noise from the hallway to the room, and probably those are there in order to comply to regulations (having a kitchenette inside the room and allow for ventilation)
