Just a call at the reception and everything was sorted. Very good neighbourhood. 15: mins tran ride to zurich hb and other part of city. If in zurich just go for city stay lindenstrasse. We had everything we needed for a few night stay. The location in Old Town is exceptional for sightseeing and exploring and the communication with the owner is FABULOUS. She really made sure we were taken care of and had what we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
