The hosts were amazing people, they gave us fresh chess-nut Jam which was homemade and their dogs were very adorable. The property was well maintained with everything what a tourist needs. They spoke to us like family.

She literally welcomed us with open arms and was so kind to us from the very first message when we had booked our stay months prior. We feel like we made a new friend! She went out of her way to explain and answer our questions regarding restaurant reservations and activities in the area. She verified times for us for the little train that goes around Bellinzona, which is an adorable little train ride and she gave us tips about the local markets and was so attentive to our every need. She offered us lovely goods from the bakery for breakfast and the vanilla croissant was so delicious and the bread she provided every day for us was some of the best bread we've ever had! And the view from our "Blue Balance" room was absolutely stunning! It had a floor to ceiling window with a gorgeous balcony and we could see the mountains and the town and the castles and there aren't enough woods in the world to say how fabulous the view was and we were able to see from the comfort of our room fireworks on New Year's Eve. The view from the shared kitchen was lovely and we were able to heat some basic things on the stove. There was no microwave but it wasn't necessary for us. She is such a lovely person and gave extra pillows in the room at our request because we were recovering from an injury. She gave us beautiful gifts when we left and offered us fantastic Prosecco when we arrived. All in all it was an extraordinary exceptional stay and we highly recommend it. She is a truly kind warm and welcoming person.

It's a very quiet environment. And yet, you can walk to the supermarket and bus stop in 3 minutes, and from there you can take a bus that runs every 15 to 30 minutes to Bellinzona, Giubiasco, and Locarno. The interior is calm and comfortable, and the facilities and consumables are well-equipped and easy to use. The owners are a very kind couple, and they live upstairs so you can ask them anytime.

This is the second time we have stayed here. We love the location and the owner makes the check in process so easy. The amenities were great and they were generous with towels. Love the fact they have a washing machine and dryer. Balcony we used all the time.

The place was clean and tidy. Recommended if you plan to stay with friends or family. (Can fit up to 6 people) If you are fond of cooking then this place is just perfect as you will get everything you need. You could easily reach town and Lugano lake with a car. Nearby you could find a Thai restaurant (you need to cross the road via the tunnel and turn right). There is also a kebab restaurant just a few steps away. The owner sent us details on how to do a self check in and park the car. Switzerland has a special place in my heart as I got my degrees here. I look forward to coming back again in the future.
