Elevator was always available, but we took the stairs - only on the 5th floor. Kitchen was well stocked - a nice touch with honour bar - the Prosecco was perfect on the balcony when we arrived. Clean, comfortable, and close to all the fun stuff in Basel. If, and when we hit Basel again - we will stay here. Thank you.

The location of the property helps you to get so easily to the city center and also to SBB train station. There is a very big supermarket nearby(2 min walking), 2 min walking to the tram station. Having the coffee on the balcony watching Rhein was amazing. The apartament is fully equipped with everything you need: coffee machine, stove, fridge. The host is very friendly and kind. He even accepted us earlier than the check in hour and later than the check out(there was no booking prior and before us). He is also helping us with Baselcards which are amazing as you can travel free within the city using the tram, buses including the way from and to airport.

Situated in Bunzen, 24 km from Museum Rietberg, B&B Stirnimann features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and barbecue facilities. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. Free WiFi and a shared kitchen are available. What a wonderful surprise to have discovered B&B Stirnimann for our two night stay while touring Switzerland. The area is peaceful and lovely and the stay was everything we could ever want and more. Our hosts offered us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The accommodations were not just clean but absolutely spotless and our room was cozy, spacious and very comfortable. We were allowed to use the full kitchen and living room and porch in addition to our room and that was such a treat for us on our long trip. The best part you ask? The best part was Hedi our host who we instantly adored. She is a gracious, funny, kind and friendly force of nature who made sure we were comfortable, offered touring and local information and provided us with a full delicious breakfast. There are some people and places that enhance a trip in special ways that you know you will never forget. Staying at B&B Stirnimann and meeting Hedi will hold a special place in our memory and we hope to return someday.

Conny's B&B in Niederweningen provides adults-only accommodation with barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The place was overall comfortable and crossed my expectations. I checked-in very late around 9:30p.m. & I would not recommend it as the street lights are not enough and It was difficult for me to identify the place. If you reach before sunset, it is indeed an amazing stay. The host is very humble and welcoming.

When we arrived, the apartment impressed us with its spotless, spacious layout. There’s a generous bedroom and a bright main living area that opens onto a lovely balcony—perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. There is even a nice umbrella in case of a rainy day. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals at home: cookware, utensils, a full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, coffee machine and even a dishwasher. The bathroom was equally well appointed—modern fixtures, plenty of storage, and a bidet-equipped toilet. We also appreciated access to the shared service room, which housed a washing machine, dryer, and iron—ideal for keeping our wardrobe fresh after days out exploring. Just a few minutes' stroll took us to the renowned thermal baths—pure bliss after a day of sightseeing—and the scenic Limmat promenade runs right alongside. Everything felt close enough to be convenient, but the apartment itself remained wonderfully peaceful. Our host, Marco, was responsive and friendly throughout. Before arrival, he checked in with us via WhatsApp to share check-in instructions, responded promptly to our questions, and even offered local tips that made our visit smoother. We left feeling refreshed, well-rested, and already planning our return.
