This wasn’t my first stay at the hotel, and it continues to hold a special place for my family — especially my 3-year-old son, who affectionately calls it “our home.” It’s always been a comfortable and familiar place for us. This time, however, there was a slight issue with the room — a faint but noticeable smell that I couldn’t quite identify. I’m not sure if it contributed to my seasonal allergy symptoms, but it was a minor inconvenience during an otherwise pleasant stay. Overall, everything else was great and up to the usual standard. One small suggestion would be to see a bit more warmth and smiles from the staff, which would make the experience feel even more welcoming. Looking forward to returning again soon.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of Graz, making it incredibly easy to explore everything the city has to offer. Whether it was a short walk to local attractions or finding great dining options nearby, everything was within reach. The experience started off smooth, with incredibly well-written instructions on how to access the apartment and parking. It made everything so easy and stress-free—great attention to detail! Once inside, I was blown away by the apartment itself. It was impeccably clean and equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. The space felt modern and comfortable, with a special shout-out to the bed—it was unbelievably cozy! The hosts were incredibly accommodating as well. They were flexible with my check-in and check-out times, which made a huge difference. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this place—you truly can’t go wrong!

Contando con vistas a la montaña, 100 qm Penthouse, Self-Check-In, 2 Parkplätze cuenta con hospedaje con un balcón y cafetera, y se ubica aproximadamente a 6.4 km de Graz Central Station. Amazing service, at 10:40 pm i got immediate response to my questions. Spacious well equipped appartment. Great beds. The onlu thing I did not like is that we stayed there only for 12 hours. Just passing by. If we need to book anything our way that can go throug Graz we will use this appartment for sure :)

Graz 1464, Old City Center Apartments tiene hospedaje a 200 metros del centro de Graz, con WiFi gratis y una cocina con un refrigerador, una máquina lavavajillas y un horno. The flat was very clean and spacious. There is no elevator (building is historical and there is no possibility to install the elevator) but it wasn’t a problem for us. Because of the same reason as elevator there is no airconditioner but there is very good, modern fan. There was very nice surprise of two cold bottles off water and two of coca-cola. The contact with the owner was excellent and the whole staying was great! The location was perfect - right next to the old town.
