Nice house, excellent communication, nice area. Close to Cetes Cidades and Ponta Delgades. And Very close to Feraria, the warm natural pool in the sea! We liked it a lot! Very friendly owner, we had a very good time at the house and at Sao Miguel, calm neighbourhood but nearby to the hotspots, we had a very good sleep.

We had the best stay at villa Anna Splendid. It exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Alexey and Anna made us feel completely at home. They were warm, friendly, and always available if we needed anything — thanks to them, we never went without a single thing. The villa is gorgeous inside and out. We saw the best sunsets of our lives from there. The facilities were great: the infinity pool was lovely, the kitchen had everything we needed (and more), and the private sauna was such a treat. It was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Perfect place to unwind.

Our stay was truly wonderful. The cabin is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, the attention to detail in every corner is evident. The hot tub is a great way to unwind the day, breakfast was delicious. Would love to return one day, highly recommend.

I loved the book prepared for the guests, very well written, full of invaluable tips for visits and much more, including the history of the villa and Monique's family who lived there, a glimpse of life in Varzea many decades ago, an added value that it was shared with guests! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Varzea and Monique, although virtual, was always attentive and quick to respond to our messages.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to self cater. Great base for exploring Sete Cidades and The coastline. The village is very quiet but there is a cafe, pizzaria and small supermarket within walking distance. Hosts were helpful and responded quickly to questions. Very kind of them to provide bread, jam, tea and coffee. Great stay!

- The property was impeccably clean and had everything one might need during their holidays. - Well equipped kitchen and an outside bbq area. - The location was convenient for exploring half of the island, we did great hikes in the area. - The host was very friendly, quick to reply to our questions, and was kind to leave snacks& juice for our arrival.

A spacious house. Three bedrooms, a living room, an additional room where one can sit down and read and a kitchen/dining room. There are two terraces and a grill within a garden behind the building. Keys can be picked up from a safety box. We haven't met the host, but when we requested to resupply something, it was waiting for us the next day. There is a small supermarket and two restaurants within walking distance.

This beautiful house is located on a quiet back street with pastures and flowers all around. All the room are spacious and bright and the kitchen has all needed appliances and utencils. Night was quiet and it was great to walk around the neighborhood. There is also an excellent washer with clothes lines outside and two bathrooms :) In addition, there is a cute little outdoor cafe, 5 min. walk down the road. We hope to come back soon !

The accommodation was excellent. We were also given something for breakfast, even though it was not required. Large room spaces, large equipped kitchen. Everything we needed was available.

The house is big and cozy and comfortable, there is a fire place and a wood supply that kept the house warm. Very well equiped, some groceries waited for us in the kitchen. We got very quick answers and help from the owner who was very friendly.
