The rooms are big and the view onto the ocean was great in all rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed or stay very much. The owner Sultan responded quickly and was very helpful.

The house was really clean and gorgeous and offers a direct view of the sea which makes it a perfect destination for relaxing holiday. We also liked the design of the living room and it was very comfortable. One of the highlights of this property was its private beach, which is exclusively accessible to resort residents. Another delightful feature is the garden with its beautiful mountain and sea view. During our stay, the homeowner proved to be exceptionally helpful and accommodating. They were attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We are very lucky to find this super nice aprtment as by booking this aprtment i got the contact of our super guide Ahmed. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment which is fully equipped, lovely, quiet, nice decorations.we enjoyed the pool, the children playground and the private beach. The most nicest thing is our 10 days tour with Mr. Ahmed, we went to all the nice places in the north west of Oman (Muscat, Nizwa-we experienced the fantastic animal market, the amazing mountains (jabel alakhdar, jabel shams, the wadis, dessert, turtule watching ... Many nice things) we travel as a local with Ahmed who is gentil, kindhearted, warm, helpful, funny, trustful (and many other qualities). He made us Oman trip more than perfect. We appreciate everything he did for us and we wish to come back again.

The location is beautiful. I do reccomend it. It's like a hidden oasis of its own. High, rugged mountain views and a nice size pool and play area for children. Noticed a tennis court too. It's all a few minutes walk to get to, from the apartment we were in, so it isn't directly there. Still, it's not too bad. There is a Spar grocery shop in the vicinity if you want to grab things, we didn't. We ordered through Talabat. The one bedroom apartment was a good size. Just enough for four people. We were given an extra blanket on request and a towel. There is a washing machine, which is very handy with families. Just buy your detergent. Toilet roll, washing up liquid and handwash were provided but you can get extra toilet roll etc. Bring your own shampoo and shower gel. There is a beach nearby, 10 minute driving distance- Qantab beach. Very scenic area. It's approximately 40 minutes from Muscat Airport. Mutrah souk is about a 20 minute or so drive.

The pool was very nice, and the resort also. The idea with the E-scooter is really good, its very funny to drive with these. Distance to beach is in walking distance. The room/appartment is very comfortable and a perfect size.

The flat was very clean and organized With all tools you need to cook Location amazing with two swim pool for kids and adults open tell 10 pm. Also was very interesting near to pool there is electric barbcue cooker you can grill any thing you want was amazing the kids enjoy a lot. Best place for relaxing and kids activities.
