Incredible views right across the sea to the Coromandel Peninsula. The room is a very good size, with an extremely comfortable bed. This is a rural retreat, a long way from amenities and restaurants, and a farm stay, with chickens running around in the garden outside. So if you are looking for a very relaxing retreat, to unwind and soak up the views, and are happy to cook for yourself a bit (double halogen hob, microwave, full size fridge freezer) with friendly hosts then I can warmly recommend this lovely place. If you want shopping and restaurants on your doorstep, or are phobic of birds, then this wouldn't be the place for you. Oh, I nearly forgot to mention the hot tub! And the amazing expanse of the stars at night! I loved it!

The room was beautifully and tastefully decorated in a modern minimalist style. The views on both sides were stunning and showed both the coast and the estuary. The landscaping around the property and the guest patio is beautiful and really enhanced the bungalow. The breakfast provisions were excellent quality and offered a wide range of Options. We liked litererally everithing there. Perfect location, quiet area, lovely owners and beautyful weather :-). Apartment is just overwhelming. Ideal place to stay after leaving Auckland.

It was clean and comfortable, easy check in, great location!!! Great sunset. Was everything I hoped it would be when I booked it.
