The host was super kind and the room was well equipped and clean. What I liked the most is its heating system. I was coming down with flu but thanks to the heating mattress and the heater, I got much better. I was a little worried about the noise when booking since it's close to the road but it was quiet.

So close to Tekapo but just out of the hustle and bustle , picturesque location. Very cool full tiny home vibes, this wagon had everything we needed. The cute animal visitors were a welcome surprise in the morning.

    Very good set up. Full kitchen with everything you need. Nice warm rooms. Comfy beds, good TV. Large ensuite. Owner supplied an ice scraper for our car windscreen due to a good frost

    The motel has a 1960s retro vibe. The fresh flowers in our unit were a welcome sight. The unit has lots of heating and blanket/doona options. The kitchenette facilities were very adequate so we drove 5 mins to Fairlie and bought supplies from the supermarket to cook breakfast. The Silverstream hotel next door to the motel was our dinner choice and the meals were delicious and generous portions.

    The location of the Motel was good. Had a restaurant and bar next to the Motel. Bathroom was neat and tidy. It had a living area/ kitchen area and a room.

    We were allocated a bedroom, sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet - so lots of space. Almost everything worked and the garden was lovely. Located on the main road it was easy to find and convenient
