We were met by a very nice woman who eaily checked us in. The unit is bright thanks to the lage windows. The kitchen is well set up and appointed. The living space well designed. Beds very comforable. Bathrooms more than adequate even had a jetted tub! The unit had a patio with bbq!!! We were across the street from a grocery store and pub!

Heather is an incredibly kind and helpful host! The place is spotless and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily book it again. The city center is just an easy 15-20 minute walk away, and the breakfast is delicious.

Dave and Helen are amazing hosts. They did everything they could to ensure we made the most of our stay. The cabin is kitted out as a fisherman’s delight but that doesn’t detract at all from the fact they make a very comfortable and cosy place to stay. They are well equipped with extremely comfortable beds and hot showers. There's air on for hot days and a fire if it,s chilly though we needed neither during our stay as the cabins are very well insulated. Breakfasts were amazing, brought over to the cabin on a tray, scrambled eggs from their own hens with toast, marmalade, raspberry jam or honey and fresh orange juice. The perfect start to the day.

We absolutely loved how beautifully laid out the cottage was and the homely touches such as breakfast, chocolates, and a bottle of wine. We truly had everything we needed for a relaxed stay, with the added bonus of being able to wake up among the Vines and got some incredible sunsets and sunrise! We could not fault anything, and may have found a new home away from when staying in Blenheim.

It all starts with the lovely, tucked away location just 5 mins from Blenheim town Center and right in the middle of all the vineyards. The cottages are beautifully built and maintained and are equipped with all the amenities one can think off. The place is very peaceful and perfect for “slowing down life”. We spent a lovely evening drinking wine on the deck and relaxing near the fire place in our cottage as the evening grew colder - was perfect! The animals on the property are a huge bonus, especially for animal lovers and kids - we spent a lot of time with them. The breakfast items provided by Sharon in the room were great. Overall we loved our stay and will surely recommend this place to anyone travelling to the Marlborough region and is looking for quaint luxury.

Everything from the personalised touches to the rooms, the layout of the apartments, the cleanliness, the extremely well equipped kitchen, and a fantastic welcome from the owner, Simon. My family rested so well during our stay and were very comfortable. I have not met another motel owner who obviously takes pride in upkeeping his motel to ensure the comfort of his guests

    It felt like home! Simple decor but everything you needed. Well equiped kitchen and really nice to hear about the host’s story and reason behind the house. It was a little out of the CBD but easy to find and close to supermarkets & the wineries.

    The host was so welcoming, the room was extra clean, it is well designed, very comfy bed, great kitchenette with all utensils needed, and lovely and warm when we arrived. There is a really lovely park to walk in about three minutes from the house.

    The Hosts were very thoughtful and had the heater on before we arrived so the house was warm. They had also left a light on so we could easily see as we were arriving late at night. There were lots of thoughtful items left in kitchen for our use. The house was very clean. Sheets on bed high quality. Heated floor in bathroom a bonus.

    Our Room 6 was quiet and away from the road. There was enough kitchen equipment to mean that self catering was fine including a stove top. The rest of the apartment was reasonable value for money for our 2 nights and located pretty close to the town centre.
