Good location right next to the beach, the property is very well maintained, the houses are beautiful and clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is excellent and different every day. Everything! It felt so private and I loved everything about the apartment. Interior, very good standard and pool Area was beautiful too. Felt so comfortable in Amkia that I will skip going to watamu. will come back to Amkia in a couple of days to spend the rest of my holidays there.

I wish I could have stayed longer at Hera Hostel! The place is so chill and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were super clean. The shared bathroom was very convenient, and I rarely bumped into other guests. The pets are so funny and cute—they definitely added to the charm! The location is less than a 10-minute walk from the beach, and the staff is amazing. They gave me all the tips to get around, plus contacts for motorbikes, tuktuks, and taxis. I really hope I’ll be back soon!
