We loved everything. Super nice staff and host who sent us directions the day before our arrival and helped us with early check-in. The apartment is beautifully designed and is literally next door to Villa d'este, though you need to walk a few minutes uphill to get to the tickect office of the grand villa. The whole town of Tivoli is charming. Enjoy nice dinner right in front of the temple of Vesta and take a nice walk back the cozy apartment or do some simple cooking just in the apartment!

We had an amazing stay in this apartment! The terrace is beautiful and spacious, with all the comfort needed to relax while enjoying the mountain view. Inside, everything is very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning in the bedrooms is excellent. We slept very well. - excellent location (near the entrance to Villa d'Este and close to the bus station for Villa Adriana and Rome) - clean, quiet and comfortable room (we had room no. 3, we don't know if the other two are the same) - large, well-equipped bathroom - a decent breakfast (not too abundant, but a coffee, a yogurt and some sweets can be a good start for the day)

Balde’s Home is a beautiful place to stay in Tivoli perfect for a couple and even a family. The house is immaculately clean and complete with all the facilities you need. It’s like a home away from home. The surprise was the picturesque view from the window of the room. Giuseppe and his son were very accommodating upon our arrival until our departure. We will definitely go back here if we come again to Tivoli.

Very central location, an old charming building but newly renovated interior. Everything brand new and extremely clean! The place felt very peaceful and historic, yet still modern and functional. Daniela was very friendly and welcoming and easy to reach when needed. Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Tivoli, if you don't mind a few steps to the apartment and inside (were not a problem for me).
