Location is perfect. Very central in Menaggio but not noisy at all. I stayed in apartment 1, a one bedroom apartment which was more spacious than I expected. Everything worked properly and was very clean. Kitchen had a Nespresso machine and 4 capsules ready for use. Fridge had a 1.5 litre bottle of water and a bottle of white wine. There was also a Bialetti coffee maker and everything else you might need for a week or two stay. WiFi was excellent and easy to connect (by scanning a QR code) and there was a smart TV which was able to connect to YouTube, Netflix and Prime. There were even umbrellas in the common hallway for guests to use on rainy days. The staff were very responsive and friendly. Serena was the person I met and she was very helpful and had very good English. I had a small plumbing problem on the first day of my stay and it was sorted out later that same day when I was out and about. Also, Serena arranged getting a taxi for me in the last day of my stay at short notice. All in all, one of, if not the best places I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended.

I with my husband and couple of our childhood friends, started our North of Italy vacation at this property in Bellagio and.... this really made our trip! The host communicated with me before our arrival, give exact instruction about location, the keys and parking. We entered to the house and was shocked... warm (literally) and very cosy house, decorated for Christmas, waited us! Two bedrooms with convenient matrasses, kitchen with all facilities and.... heart braked view on the mountains. We had an unforgettable time at this property, and we want to come back! The room is quite large, very cosy and has everything that we needed. The house is a renovated stone house and it’s beautiful. We felt at home from the moment we entered. Andrea’s father was waiting for us at the nearby parking and showed us the house. He was very polite and welcoming. It was raining the next day of our stay so he suggested we take one of the umbrellas that he has. Dongo is not that touristic so the town wasn’t noisy and sleeping there was great. You can hear the italians going about their work in the morning which also adds to the romantic side of the trip. Also the fact that the house is made of stone and the town is situated in the mountain brings lower temperatures throughout the evening and that makes being there in the summer so much better.

We had the best time during our stay, the apartment was perfect in every aspect. Beautiful view from the terrace and from the windows, equipped with everything needed, clean and comfy rooms. Our stay at Breva Loft was truly wonderful! The accommodation is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located, offering breathtaking views of the lake and stunning surroundings. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Our host, Klod, was amazing, kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He even offered to pick us up from the ferry when we arrived late, which made our trip much easier. His hospitality made us feel right at home. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay. Hopefully, we will return during the summer holidays.

The view of the lake was outstanding and the apartment had everything you would need for a stay. We loved it here and wished we had booked for longer. The directions from the owner were friendly and easy to follow. Parking nearby meant we could see the car from the room so knew it was safe. Netflix and the large TV were handy also
