everything was very nice. the host was very nice and helpful. he also arranged for us to go to the airport for our early morning flight. room 2 and 3 where we stayed were exactly like in the photos. nothing was missing from the room. upon our arrival there was coffee, croissants, toast etc. in the room. There are metro stops, supermarkets, restaurants and other shops nearby. The neighborhood is safe and on the edge of the historic center. There is paid parking at the property, but it is cheaper than other parking lots and completely safe. The price-quality ratio is quite good, I would definitely recommend it.

The location couldn't be better. Quiet and cosy district with plenty of good dining nearby. Very convenient connections to other part of the town - just 50m to the subway, and 100m to Funicolare Train. The host was very polite and helpful - allowed us to reschedule the stay as we couldn't make it in the first place. What made our stay was the bathtub! Trust me, that's a game changer after doing 15k steps in the town and having dozen of aperols!

Amazing hosts, excellent experience overall. Domenico and his wife were very kind and respectful. They made our check-in and check-out easy and responded to our requests immediately. The room was very clean, and spacious, while the location is at the center of the Spanish Quarter, 3 minutes to the Toledo metro station and within walking distance from all major tourist sites. We felt safe even during late night, and overall I strongly recommend this property. Bonus tip: it's a family business and the people who run it are genuinely kind and care about their clients, which makes the difference.
