This place is the last word. Everything is thought through, just like being at home. The attention to detail and finish on the home is exquisite. There is a fully stocked larder so you only need to bring actual food, and Tayto and crusty bread on arrival for a tasty crisp sandwich! The little fresh flowers everywhere were an added finish. The location is very close to Loughcrew Cairn and close to the village of Fore which has a cafe and two pubs. Eoin is a brilliant host and always responsive to queries. The perfect country escape, and exactly what we wanted.

The accommodation was excellent and well presented by householder Kevin, who met us on arrival. It also has a secure yard for parking. Less than three minute walk into the town Square, where one will find a pet friendly cafe, known as Ciara's Candy and cafe. Kevin has a pub as well, where your pet is welcome and the staff and locals are very friendly and helpful. We had a Totally relaxed break and even our cockapoo, Mitzi relaxed for a change, as she does not travel to well. A good base for traveling from. Definitely be back. The property itself is really cosy and adorable, and it was sparkling clean on arrival. Everything we needed for cooking and cleaning were there. The bathroom and shower was perfect. The hosts have been so friendly, helpful and accommodating. We arrived on a very cold night to the property having been heated up and a lovely smell of scent burning - it was exactly what we needed and more :)
