Everything was great. I say “everything” and I mean it. The private parking, the rooms, the location, communication, price. Really great. And I forgot to mention the bed. The quality of the bed is superior, clean and soft. I felt super great. Thank you so much for everything.

It was great, I met lots of nice people. The owner is lovely. He even let me check in in the middle of the night because of my flight. The beds are comfortable and have curtains for privacy. 10/10 would recommend and definitely stay here again :)

We stayed at Apart View Hotel & Spa for just one night, as we were departing the next day. Victoria was incredibly helpful, speaks fluent English, and made communication very easy for us. The location has some drawbacks—the neighborhood is quite dark and far from the main tourist center. Parking can be tricky if you have a car due to narrow roads, but Victoria kindly helped us by reserving a spot with a neighbor, which was a big help. The views from the hotel are stunning, which definitely makes up for some of the location challenges.

This is not just a place to sleep — it’s a real home with soul and history. The owner, Nini, is incredibly warm and attentive. From the very first moment, you feel genuine hospitality and care — she doesn’t just host guests, she welcomes them into her personal story. One of the most unique and memorable parts of our stay was the basement — a real archaeological treasure! Ancient arches, fragments of old walls, and artifacts discovered right under the building make your stay feel like a small journey through time. Nini shares the history of these discoveries with so much love and respect that you truly begin to feel the spirit of the Old City. The rooms are clean, cozy, and full of character, with great attention to detail. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the location is perfect, and it’s just a short walk from all the main attractions — Eva Pavarotti is an ideal place for anyone who wants to experience the real Tbilisi. Huge thanks to Nini for the warm welcome and for sharing her story and her city with such care! We will definitely be back!

    Absolutely loved the location and the interior of this cosy apartment. The host George was a friendly guy who kept in touch to make sure if we needed anything. There are plenty of cafe's right outside the apartment one cafe in particular 'Midtown' is amazing in terms of food. The apartment was fully equipped, very nice view facing funicular. Also i would like to say its designed beautifully. There is a balcony from room aswell as from the kitchen. Would def come again next time.
